Our Support Team is now available six days a week to provide advice, information, and assistance to people living with epilepsy and their families.
The Support and Information Line (1300 761 487) has supported thousands of clients in recent years, Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm. But we are pleased to announce the line is now also staffed on Saturdays, 9 am – 5 pm.
Our Support Team has expertise in how epilepsy affects health, well-being and daily living issues, incorporating person-centered self-management strategies.
The Support Team can provide:
- advice and information about epilepsy
- advice about risk management and living well with epilepsy
- individualised support for people living with epilepsy who require assistance with accessing supports and community resources
- development of tailored Epilepsy Management Plans.
We are also a registered NDIS provider. While we cannot provide support coordination services, we can assist with the development of epilepsy management plans and epilepsy training.
No referral is required and we can arrange interpreting services for clients from non-English speaking backgrounds.
