Information and Support

The Epilepsy Foundation InfoLine provides confidential telephone support services across Australia and is open to people living with epilepsy, their families and friends, health professionals, service providers and the general community.

The InfoLine is available Australia-wide from 9.00am – 5.00pm (Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). A message bank is available for after hour calls and one of our Epilepsy Support Workers will be in contact.

What support does the Information Line provide?

  • Understanding and support around epilepsy.
  • Practical information and advice.
  • Information and information sheets.
  • Information and referral to the full range of Epilepsy Foundation services.

The Epilepsy InfoLine is not a crisis line. In an emergency please call “000” for assistance.
