The National Epilepsy Support Service operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (excluding Victorian public holidays). We accept our last phone call at 4:30pm.
Who we support
The National Epilepsy Support Service can help if you:
- Are a person living with epilepsy
- Know and care for a person with epilepsy
- Support a person with epilepsy
- Experience seizures but have not yet been diagnosed with epilepsy
What supports we provide:
- Clear, accessible information and fact sheets about seizures and epilepsy for anyone in the community, including people living with epilepsy, their families and others
- Emotional understanding and support around living with epilepsy
- Practical advice on day-to-day challenges
- Referrals to the full range of Epilepsy Foundation services, such as Education and Training and/or Peer Support
- Referrals to other organisations services
