Epilepsy affects 1 in 25 Australians. Understanding the condition and knowing how to respond during a seizure can save lives and create safer, more inclusive environments at home, school, work, and in care settings. 

Being prepared isn’t optional—it’s essential.

People with epilepsy, family members or unpaid carers, can access our Family Education & Training for free.

  • Understanding epilepsy and seizure types 
  • Identifying triggers and risks to be managed 
  • Understanding Epilepsy Management Plans 
  • Seizure first aid 
  • Administering emergency medication
