Epilepsy Foundation Chairman, Mr Joseph Azoulay, invites you to the Epilepsy Foundation Virtual Memorial Service on Sunday, May 30 at 2pm.
The Memorial Service is an opportunity to pay tribute to those we’ve lost, and renew our efforts to stop epilepsy deaths through research and advocacy.
If you’d like to have a loved one featured in the service, please email their name and/or an image with accompanying text (no more than 50 words) to memorial@epilepsyfoundation.org.au by Wednesday May 19. We will endeavour to include all submissions, but those made after this date cannot be guaranteed.
